What I Did

1) Obtained a slice of bread and divided it into 4 pieces.

2) Placed each piece into a clear zip-lock bag.

3)  a. Labelled one bag 'DRY' , sealed it and placed it on a table on the outside verandah.
     b. Labelled another bag 'WET' added small quantity of water, sealed the bag and also placed it
         on the outside verandah.
     c. Labelled a third bag 'LIGHT' sealed it, and placed it on my window sill.
     d. Labelled the last bag 'DARK' sealed it and placed it in a dark, dry and cold drawer in my garage.

4) Observed each bag each day for seven days.
